Refund & Return Policy – Westo Racewear
Orders are processed and dispatched within an estimated 3 to 5 business days. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines shown on our website and at checkout are estimates. Delays can occur due to international transit, customs inspections, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our control. Because timelines are estimates, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for delivery delays once a package has left our facility.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours of Ordering
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible at info@westoracewear.com to request a cancellation.
After 24 Hours
Once 24 hours have passed, cancellation requests are no longer accepted.
After Delivery
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been delivered.
Cancellation After Production Has Started
If a cancellation is approved after production has already begun, a 30% non-refundable fee will be applied to your order.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Westo Racewear purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in resellable condition
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Final sale and customized items are not eligible for return

Refund Policy
How the Refund Process Works
Refunds are only issued after your returned item is received and inspected by our team. Approval is not automatic. If the item does not meet our return conditions, your refund request may be declined.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the amount.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return what you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Size and Measurement Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements before placing an order. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for incorrect sizes or wrong measurements provided by the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refunds and returns will not be accepted.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
Customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and related delays are outside our control. We cannot issue refunds or returns due to customs delays or import charges.
Items That Cannot Be Returned, Refunded, or Exchanged
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
- Sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Limited or special edition items
